Responsible Play

Jokerz is a free-to-play prediction game. There is no money to win and no money to lose. Still, prediction games can be engaging, and we want you to play in a way that stays fun.

What Jokerz is — and isn't

• Free to play. You never pay us to enter a hand, open a lobby, or unlock a feature.
• No cash prizes. Coins and scores stay inside the Service and have no real-world value. We can't pay them out to you, and no one else can either.
• Not a substitute for gambling. Nothing you do here is a bet. If you're looking to bet on sports, use a regulated operator in Ontario's iGaming Ontario market.

Signs it's not fun anymore

• You're playing longer than you meant to, most days.
• You feel anxious, frustrated, or low when a hand doesn't go your way.
• You're checking the app first thing in the morning or last thing at night.
• Someone close to you has expressed concern about how much you're playing.

Any of these is a good reason to take a break.

Tools we offer

• Sign out any time from the dropdown in the header. Your profile and history stay with you.
• Delete your account by emailing hello@playjokerz.com. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
• 19+ only. Accounts are restricted to adults (19+) and we verify date of birth at sign-up.
