This policy lists things you may not do while using Jokerz. It is part of our Terms of Use. Violating it can get your account suspended or closed.

Don't break the law

  • Don't use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Don't access the Service from a jurisdiction where simulated-gaming services like ours are prohibited.

Don't misrepresent yourself

  • Don't pretend to be someone else or give false information (including age or identity) when you sign up.
  • Don't maintain more than one active account.
  • Don't sign up if you are under 19.

Don't cheat or abuse the game

  • Don't use bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated tools to interact with the Service.
  • Don't exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Report them to us instead.
  • Don't collude with other players to manipulate scores or leaderboards.
  • Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission.

Don't harass, harm, or offend other users

  • Don't harass, threaten, or discriminate against any user.
  • Don't post content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or that infringes another person's rights.
  • Don't impersonate staff, moderators, or other users.

Don't treat virtual coins as money

  • Don't buy, sell, trade, or transfer coins, accounts, or predictions outside the Service — they are not for sale, not from us and not from anyone else.
  • Don't advertise or solicit real-money wagering inside the Service.

Don't disrupt the Service

  • Don't try to overload, disrupt, or circumvent access controls on the Service.
  • Don't introduce malware or any code that could damage our or any user's systems.
